From Order to Doorstep
Once you've placed your order, we'll send you a confirmation email right away. Our team then prepares and dispatches your parcel within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday). As soon as it's been shipped, you'll receive a second email containing your tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way. Delivery typically takes 4–6 working days from the moment of dispatch.
Unexpected Delays
We always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, but occasionally circumstances beyond our control may cause delays. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, please allow up to 3 additional business days before reaching out. If there's still no update after that, email us at support@celiavira.com and we'll look into it straight away.
Cancellations
Had a change of heart? Get in touch with us at support@celiavira.com as soon as you can and we'll do what we can to help. Please note that once your order has been dispatched, it is no longer possible to cancel.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We pack every order with care, but if something arrives damaged or isn't quite right, please let us know as soon as possible. Email us at support@celiavira.com with a brief description and photos of the issue, and we'll work to resolve it for you promptly.
