How to Return an Item
Returns can be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept requests made after this period.
To get started, send us an email at support@celiavira.com and our team will walk you through the steps.
Before posting your return, please make sure that:
- The item(s) have not been worn or washed
- All original tags remain attached
- Everything is returned in its original packaging
We recommend using a reliable courier and packaging your parcel securely. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. This is usually completed within 7 days of the item arriving back with us.
Exchanges
If you'd prefer a different item, reach out to us at support@celiavira.com with the details. Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unused, and returned with all original tags. We'll take care of the rest.
Cancellations and Damaged Items
Cancellations
Need to cancel? Contact us at support@celiavira.com as soon as possible. Please note that once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to process a cancellation.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please email support@celiavira.com immediately with clear photos of the problem. We'll review your case and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution as quickly as we can.
In cases where an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs. You'll receive either a full refund or a replacement once we've received and verified the returned item.
